At Thea Dove Nottingham, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.


14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

30-Day Return Period

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@theadovenottingham.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return instructions
  3. Package your item securely
  4. Send the item to the provided return address
  5. Share your tracking number with us

Return Address

As we operate with international fulfilment partners, returned items may need to be sent to our overseas warehouse. In most cases, this will be a logistics facility located in Asia (China).

The exact return address will be provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, in accordance with UK regulations.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos.

We will offer either:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs incurred, where permitted under UK law.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed items that have been opened
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Hygiene-sensitive products

Import Duties & Taxes

In some cases, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
