These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Thea Dove Nottingham. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. In all cases, delivery will be completed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Right to Cancel (Statutory Right)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

7.2 Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

7.3 Return Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

This applies to both statutory and voluntary returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
